It’s that time of year again. Runners and riders at the ready, come Saturday 11th April at 4PM , the 2026 Aintree Grand National will take place. With stories to be written and a race to be run, below we take a look at some of the centenders for the National in 2026. Which of the below runners, if any, will romp home? Could it be previous winner I am Maximus, or will current favourite Iroko show them all how it’s done. Time will tell.
